After their father's death, brothers Wilbur [Jamie Sives] and Harbour [Adrian Rawlins] inherit a second-hand bookshop in Glasgow. Wilbur is a melancholy chap who has tried to kill himself many times and his latest in a series of a suicide attempts finds him in hospital where a psychologist called Horst [Mads Mikkelsen] and the head nurse, Moira [Julia Davis], decide what he needs is a girlfriend. It is Harbour however who finds himself a girlfriend first. He falls for Alice [Shirley Henderson], a bashful yet intense woman who works as a cleaner in the hospital and also sells books. The three become very close and their friendship brings out the best in them - Wilbur starts to find some joy in life, Alice feels less shy and Harbour is overspilling with happiness. But there is a dark secret just around the corner.

Sharon Maguire directs this third instalment of the romantic comedy series based on the characters created by Helen Fielding. Renée Zellweger reprises her role as Bridget Jones, the quirky forty-something who is learning to embrace adulthood. Following her break up with Mark Darcy (Colin Firth), Bridget decides to focus on her career as a top news producer while also attempting to enjoy the single life with friends. Her love life takes another turn when she meets suave American Jack Qwant (Patrick Dempsey), who helps her out after getting into a spot of bother at a music festival. With a new relationship flourishing and everything seemingly under control, it's not long before there's a hitch - she discovers she's pregnant. Unsure if the father is long-term love interest Darcy, or newcomer Qwant, Bridget is yet again faced with making some awkward and ultimately life-changing decisions. The cast also includes Sally Phillips, Shirley Henderson and Emma Thompson.

British coming-of-age drama directed by Michael Caton-Jones. The film follows troubled, London teenager Jamie Harrison (Letitia Wright) who has lived in care homes for most of her life after being abandoned by her mother. Her new, unconventional support worker Kate (Shirley Henderson) tries to help her realise her potential but Jamie's best friend Leanne (Isabella Laughland) is not so keen on letting her partner in crime abandon the life of drugs and violence they share together.

California 1860 and prospector Daniel Dillon (Peter Mullan) has made a fortune in gold and is now running Kingdom Come, a small town built in the heart of the Sierra mountains. He wants to turn the town into a thriving city and to this end he asks Dalglish (Wes Bentley), an engineer plotting the course of the Pacific Railroad Expedition, to survey the surrounding area. But then Dillon's wife (Nastassja Kinski) and twenty-year-old daughter (Sarah Polley), both of whom he had traded for his goldmine years before, arrive in town asking for help. Dillon is overcome with guilt, and leaves his mistress Lucia (Milla Jovovich) in order to seek his wife's forgiveness. Lucia herself then takes up with Dalglish, who tells Dillon that the railroad will not be passing through his town, thereby causing the increasingly-unhinged prospector to reach for his rifle....

The constitutional and legislative framework within the Southern African Development Community provides a positive institutional environment to ensure mainstreaming gender concerns. However, the translation and implementation of the gender perspective is at times lacking. Both agenda setting as an instrument of change management and reorganisation procedures are not used enough in the fields of economy, organisation and health. These three areas are crucial partly due to their interconnectivity and also because of their vital importance to the successful sustainable development of SADC nation.
